About MemberView
MemberView is your secure, self-service member portal that provides 24/7 access to your insurance and pension information. You can review your benefits, update your information, make premium payments, upload documents, complete forms, and more—all from your computer or mobile device.
MemberView Services
Insurance Eligibility
View your current insurance eligibility, including when your coverage began, when it is scheduled to end, and which eligible dependents are covered under your plan.
Demographics
View your personal information and the dependents associated with your account. If any information is incorrect, please contact the Insurance Department. You can also update your mailing address directly through MemberView.
Work History
Review your reported work hours and compare them with your pay stubs. Please note that contractor reporting typically has a one-month processing delay. For example, hours worked in June are generally reported in July.
Pension Credits
View the Pension Credits you've earned for each Plan Year. Generally, 1,000 hours worked in a calendar year equals one Pension Credit, and five Pension Credits are required to become vested.
Pension Payments
View your monthly pension payment information, including payment dates, gross and net amounts, tax withholdings, and deductions. You can also access your payment history anytime through MemberView.
Document Center
Complete online forms, securely upload documents, and access documents made available by the Benefits Office.
Online Payments
Make secure online payments for Self-Pay, Retiree Insurance, and COBRA coverage from any computer or mobile device.
Beneficiary
Update your beneficiary designations anytime, anywhere. Keeping your beneficiaries current helps ensure your benefits are distributed according to your wishes.
