Take a moment to review the tips below. They address common issues that can interrupt the registration process and help you complete your account setup as smoothly as possible.
- Have your email account open before you begin. You will receive a verification code that is only valid for a limited time.
- Make sure you have a reliable internet connection before starting the registration process.
- If you’re using a mobile device, ensure you have a strong cellular or Wi-Fi connection and avoid switching between apps during registration.
- Use a supported, up-to-date web browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Older browsers may not work correctly.
- Use a personal email address that you can access immediately. If you’re using a work or school email, security settings may delay or block verification emails.
- Do not refresh the page, close your browser, or use the Back button until registration is complete. If you do, you will need to restart the registration process, and any previously sent verification codes will become invalid.
- Do not double-click the Submit or Send Code buttons. Doing so may result in multiple verification codes sent to your email. If this happens, wait until all verification emails have arrived and use only the most recent code. Earlier codes will no longer work.
- If you don’t receive your verification code within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder.
- If you’re copying and pasting the verification code, make sure you don’t accidentally include any extra spaces before or after the code.
- Enter your information exactly as it appears in our records. If the information you enter does not match our records, you may receive an error. If this happens, please contact the Insurance Department to update your information.
- Plan to complete your registration in one sitting. If your verification code expires before registration is complete, you will need to request a new code and start the process again.
Your password must meet the following requirements:
- Be between 8 and 256 characters long.
- May include letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Uppercase letters are not required.
- Spaces are not allowed.
